The Pointe at Kilpatrick has added an Art Therapy program to it's ever growing list of activities.  Guided by Ms. Jennifer Blaha, the residents who particpated were given scratchboards and created their own pictures  Many were thrilled and surprised at their results.  One resident, Bernice Boblink, said "I didn't think I could make something so beautiful!" 
     With 30 years experience in teaching art, Ms. Blaha uses many different methods and projects to help the participants discover their own creativity.  By getting the body and mind working together, it also provides the stimulation that the brain needs to function healthily. Ms.  Blaha has many fun and unique projects planned for her future visits.  We can't wait to see the results.
